We want to give you an introduction to your course. This article explains how to start and complete your RAMP certification course through Serving Alcohol Today. You can start and stop as many times as needed. The only section that must be completed in one sitting is the final exam.
Have your audio turned on and up to hear the course read aloud for each page. You can increase or decrease the speed of the voiceover with the 1X button at the top of the page.
Be sure to enter the last 4 digits of your social security number. It is required to verify your certification afterward with the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board. Without that, the state will not accept your certification. The LID number is not as essential but helpful to the state. Use the tool to the right to search for the LID number for your employer. If you are not employed yet, you can leave the LID number answer blank.
On the next page, click on the Enter button.
You’ll see a swirling red wine glass. The swirling red wine glass means the course is loading on your device or computer. Please, be patient while it loads the course. It may take up to 30 seconds before you are ready to start.
The instruction page must be watched from beginning to end. It’s only a little more than one minute long. The instruction page is the only one that’s required to listen and view all the way through.
From the menu, start at the top of the list. There are 4 sections before you can take the final exam.
- Login to your account & course from the servingalcohol.com website.
- Click the Sign In button at the top of the page.
- Enter your email address and password.
- After login, click on the name of the course Pennsylvania RAMP Server Seller Training in dark red.
- On the next page, click on the Enter button.
- Select the Last Visited Page button.
After the final exam, move forward. Download or email the certificate to yourself for FREE as part of the course.
