How do I get back to my Course?
Click on Home icon or our Serving Alcohol icon. Then, click on the "Sign In" button. Enter your username and password into the Account Login box to the top right, then click Login. You should see your course listed in blue . Click the link to re-enter your course. Account Login box
I have completed the course, what do I do now?
If you are taking the course to fulfill requirements or to obtain a license, then we try to put helpful information on the specific course information page. Please go to the page for the course you completed and see if there is any information that helps you. Generally, if you manager had requested that you take the course, give him or her your printed certificate or send them an email with your certificate attached as a PDF. Let us know if you need help by filling out the Contact Us webpage to send us a support email. We always glad to help.
What if I fail the test?
If you fail the exam, no worries. You can retake the test as many times as needed to pass. There is NO additional cost or fees. If you are stuck or need help, email us through the Contact Us webpage. We are always glad to help.

Can I take the course with my computer or mobile phone?
All our courses are optimized for internet access. You will be able to take our courses with any computer or mobile device that has one of the following web browsers: Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari, or Google Chrome connected to the internet with at least 56k dial-up speed. If you are having a problem, please contact us and let us know.
What if I have problems and cannot complete the course?
If you have any problems that prohibit you from completing the course, please contact us and we will refund your money. This is our "100% Pass or your money back" guarantee. Please do let us know of any problems. If you notify us of a problem that we fix and it saves others from experiencing the same problem, we may also choose to refund your money.
My certificate shows up blank or doesn't look right ...
This is most likely because you need to install the latest Adobe Reader software on your computer, it's free, and you can get it here: http://adobe.com/reader.
How do I get my certificate?
We have a page dedicated to searching for certificate. Click here: View Certificate. If you had taken your course through Serving Alcohol, we should have it on file. If you had used another trainer, we would not have your certificate. Please contact the last trainer to get your certificate.
Click on Home icon or Serving Alcohol icon, select the Sign In button, and then enter your username and password into the Account Login box. Once you are logged in, you should see a link on the right hand side for "View Certificates". There you will be able to view any certificates you have been issued along with various delivery options: email, fax, and courier mail.
I completed the course a while ago, do you still have my certificate?
Yes. We keep certificates at least as long as they are valid and some we keep longer. Click on our Contact Us page and send us an email to retrieve your certificate.
My name is spelled wrong on my certificate how can I change it?
First, update your profile so it is correct. Click on Home (above) and then enter your username and password into the Account Login box to the top right. Then click Login. Once you are logged in click your name at the top of the page. This will allow you to edit your profile. When your profile is correct, click Contact Us and send us a message and we will re-issue your certificate.
