Why do I need this course?

Our state alcohol certification courses teach you how to serve alcohol responsibly. We cover:

How to Setup a New Account

How do I get back to my course?

Click on our homepage or our Serving Alcohol icon.  Then, click the Sign In button.  Enter the email address used to register and your password into Account Login box to the top right, then click Login.  You should see your course listed in blue . Click the link to re-enter your course.   Account Login box

I have completed the course, now what do I do?

Your certificate is offered immediately as an email PDF when complete. Check your email for the certificate. If the certificate is not in your inbox, check the spam or junk filter. If your state has more requirements, we try to put helpful information on the specific course information page.  Please go to the page for the course you completed and see if there is any additional information about your state that helps.  Generally, if your manager had requested that you take the course, give him or her your printed certificate or send them an email with your certificate attached as a PDF.  Let us know if you need help by filling out the Contact Us webpage to send us a support email.  We are always glad to help.

What if I fail the test?

If you fail the exam, no worries.  You can retake the test as many times as needed to pass.  There is NO additional cost or fees.  If you are stuck or need help, email us through the Contact Us webpage.  We are always glad to help.

Can I take the course with my computer or mobile phone?

All our courses are optimized for internet access.  You use any computer, tablet, or mobile device (Windows, Macintosh, iPhone, iPad, Android based phone or tablet) with one of the following web browsers: Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari, or Google Chrome connected to the internet with at least 56k dial-up speed. If you are having a problem, please contact us and let us know.

What if I have problems completing the course?

If you have any problems completing the course, please contact us and will help or we will refund your money.  This is our "100% Pass or your money back" guarantee.  Please do let us know of any problems.  If you notify us of a problem, then we will fix and it and save others from experiencing the same problem.

Certificate Questions

My certificate shows up blank or doesn't look right ...

This might be the effect of an old Adobe Reader software. You might need to install the latest Adobe Acrobat Reader software. If so, it's free, and you can get it here: https://adobe.com/reader.

How do I get my certificate?

We have a page dedicated to searching for your certificate.  Click here:  View Certificate.  If you had taken your course through Serving Alcohol, we should have it on file.  If you had used another trainer, we will not have your certificate.  If you used another trainer, an email from them should be in your email inbox.  Please contact the last trainer to get your certificate.

Click on homepage or Serving Alcohol icon, select the Sign In button, and then enter your email and password into the Account Login box.  Once you have logged in, you should see a link on the right hand side for View Certificate.  You will be able to view your certificate and download it.  We do offer various delivery options:  email, fax, US Postal Service, or overnight FedEx.

I completed the course a while ago, do you still have my certificate?

Yes. We keep certificates at least as long as they are valid and some we keep longer.  Click on our Contact Us page and send us an email to retrieve your certificate.

My name is spelled wrong on my certificate. How do I change it?

First, update your profile so it is correct. Click on Home (above) and then enter your email and password into Account Login box to the top right. When you are logged in, click your name at the top of the page. This will allow you to edit your profile.  When your profile is correct, click Contact Us and send us a message and we will re-issue your certificate.

Only one email address can be used for each individual.  Another person (spouse, family member, or friend) cannot take your course and get a certificate in their name.  Each person MUST have their own individual email address to get certified. If you do not have an email, us our Contact Us page to tell us your phone number with a request to call.  We will help you get certified ASAP.
