Clear Cache & Data in Google Chrome on Windows

NOTE: To quickly get to the setting, type chrome://settings/clearBrowserData in the browser bar (where you usually enter a URL), then go to Step 4:

1. Click on the settings icon that appears to the right of the address bar. In the newest versions of Chrome, this appears as three vertical dots  and in older versions will be three horizontal lines  or a wrench icon .
2. From the menu, select More tools > Clear browsing data….
3. Check the following:
   • Browser history
   • Cookies and other site data
   • Cached images and files
     *** Be sure to select the optional time range: All time

   Be sure to select All time in the Time range drop down box.
   Don’t check to clear your passwords as you want to keep those.

    

4. Click on the CLEAR DATA button.

• After you clear your browser data cache, close your web browser.
• Next, open Google Chrome browser again.
• Login to the course from our homepage at servingalcohol.com
• Click the Sign In button at the top of the page.
• Enter your email address and password
  • (If you have a Gmail address, click Google Login button and enter your Gmail password).
• After login, click on the name of the course in dark red.
• On the next page, click on the Enter button.
• Select Last Visited Page button to return you to where you last left the course.
