This article explains how to clear cache and cookies in Google Chrome on an iPhone or iPad before starting a Serving Alcohol course.

To manage your browsing history and other cached data:

  1. Open the Chrome app.

  2. Tap the ellipses (…) in the bottom right corner and select Settings in the menu.

  3. Tap Privacy.

     
  4. Tap Clear Browsing Data.

  5. Select the items you want to delete from Chrome by tapping them individually to place a checkmark next to them.

    Be sure to not check on Saved Passwords as you’ll want to save them.

  6. Tap Clear Browsing Data and tap it again in the confirmation screen to remove the data.

  7. Tap Done at the top right of the screen.

     
    • After you clear your Internet cache, close your web browser.
      • Next, open the Chrome app again.
      • Log in to the course from our homepage at ServingAlcohol.com.
      • Click the Sign In button at the top of the page.
      • Enter your email address and password. If you used the Google Login with your Gmail, use that instead.
      • After login, click on the name of the course in dark red.
      • On the next page, click on the Enter button.
      • Select the Last Visited Page button.
