We want to introduce you to your course. This article explains how to start and complete your RAMP certification course through Serving Alcohol Today. You can start and stop as many times as needed. The only section that must be completed in one sitting is the final exam.
Have your audio turned on and up so you can hear the course read aloud for each page. You can increase or decrease the speed of the voiceover with the 1X button at the top of the page.
You’ll see a swirling red wine glass. The swirling red wine glass means the course loads on your device or computer. Please be patient while it loads the course. It may take up to 30 seconds before you are ready to start.
This will be the first page after you purchase and sign in to your course. Click the Enter button just below the name of your course to begin. You can also click on the name of the course in dark red to begin.
An introductory page will begin on the next page. To proceed, click the arrow in the upper right.
Before proceeding, you will be asked Identity Security questions. You must answer all the questions and fill in the blanks, or you will not be allowed to proceed. Remember your answers, as they will be asked again.
From the menu, start at the top of the list. You must complete four sections before you can take the final exam.
Each section must be completed. Each section has quiz questions within each section. All quiz questions must be answered, or the course will not allow you to take the final exam. Hint: most final exam questions come directly from the quiz questions.
Take the final exam. It must be done in one sitting. You cannot review the course for the answers or leave the exam for longer than 15 minutes.
After the last question, press the red button to process the test results. The next page will show your score. If you get less than the passing score of 80%, you must retake the entire course from the beginning. If needed, you will have up to 3 attempts to pass the final exam.
After the final exam, move forward to the course menu. Click on Certificate from the menu. Select the button to download or email the certificate to yourself for FREE as part of the course.
