We want to give you an introduction to your course. This article explains how to start and complete your RAMP certification course through Serving Alcohol Today. You can start and stop as many times as needed. The only section that must be completed in one sitting is the final exam.
Have your audio turned on and up to hear the course read aloud for each page. You can increase or decrease the speed of the voiceover with the 1X button at the top of the page.
You’ll see a swirling red wine glass. The swirling red wine glass means the course is loading on your device or computer. Please, be patient while it loads the course. It may take up to 30 seconds before you are ready to start.
After you purchase and sign in to your course, this will be the first page. Click the Enter button just below the name of your course to begin. You can also click on the name of the course in dark red to begin.
On the next page, an introductory page will begin. To move forward, click the arrow in the upper right.
There are Identity Security questions asked before moving forward. You must answer all the questions and fill in the blanks or it will not allow you to move forward. Remember your answers as they will be asked again.
From the menu, start at the top of the list. There are 4 sections before you can take the final exam.
Each section must be completed. Each section has quiz questions within each section. All of those quiz questions must be answered or the course will not allow you to take the final exam. Hint: most of the final exam questions come directly from the quiz questions.
Take the final exam. The final exam must be done in one sitting. You cannot look back through the course for the answers or leave the exam for longer than 15 minutes.
After the last question, press the red button to process the test results. The next page will show your score. If you get less than the passing score of 80%, will need to retake the entire course from the beginning. You will have up to 3 attempts to pass the final exam if needed.
After the final exam, move forward to the menu of the course. Click on Certificate from the menu. Select the button to download or email the certificate to yourself for FREE as part of the course.
