The South Carolina Bar & Tavern Association (SCBATA) is working with Serving Alcohol to raise awareness among alcohol-serving businesses about the recent law requiring them to have their staff alcohol-certified by a 2026 SCDOR-approved training provider before March 2, 2026.
Serving Alcohol was the first state-approved South Carolina training for this mandatory training. Our state-approved course is the only solution that works on smartphones and does not require a new browser download, nor an appointment for proctoring the final exam.
